KALISHA SMITH, LCSW
As a New Jersey licensed clinical social worker, I have the focused desire to help empower people to meet their socioeconomic, emotional, and spiritual needs. As a therapist, I have worked with children, caregivers, young adults in transition, as well as families in crisis. As a trainer, I have presented timely information on parenting skills, suicide prevention, and the intersectionality of faith and mental health.
It is my belief that each person I meet with should receive individualized support and treatment. As such, I label myself as an eclectic therapist, most frequently utilizing Narrative Approach, tenets of CBT, Strength Based foundation, the Cultural Context Model, and structure of the Solution Focused Model.

Your story matters and there is support for your next steps. It would be a privilege to accompany you on your journey towards whole person wellness. I have the tools and professional experience to help you progress in your purposed direction.
